Policies & Guidelines

At Wayah Ridge Escapes, we want to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable and stress-free. We ask all potential guests to review our policies before booking a stay with us. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at your convenience. We'll be glad to help.

Children & Pets

  • Children are welcome with an accompanying adult
  • Children age 2 and under stay free
  • Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $75. If evidence of a pet is noticed without paying the pet fee, a $150 unplanned cleaning fee will be applied to the card on file
  • Pets must weigh under 80 pounds

SMOKING:

All our units are non-smoking, including all areas around the cabin. Also no candles or incense please. If you smoke inside the cabin, there will be a $250 cleaning charge.


COMMUNICATIONS:

All of our cabins are in a remote mountain location. Cellphone coverage is not reliable in the area. We offer complimentary WiFi where available. 


MINIMUM STAY:

A one-night minimum stay is required for booking online.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in time is 3 PM. The site is not staffed and we will be unable to hold luggage or personal belongings before check-in or after check-out. Any personal belongings found in a unit after the check-out time will be disposed of. Check-out time is 10 AM.


CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

Gather all used towels and place on the shower floor. Turn off all heat, a/c units lights and televisions upon departure. Please be sure to wash and put away all dishes before departing.


DEPOSITS:

When you book, a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your arrival. The card on file will be automatically charged 14 days before your scheduled arrival. 


CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES:

If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation: Email us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund of your deposit less a $20 service charge per room booked. If you email less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to check in, not including the day of arrival, we will offer a refund of 50% of your stay. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will not receive a refund.
